The solution incorporates the latest measures to help combat card fraud including Chip & PIN for cardholder present, Card Security Code (CSC) for cardholder not present and 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) for payments made via the Internet. Recently extended to include compliance with PCI call recording requirements within a call-centre setting, so as to ensure card details are not recorded or read out to call centre staff.

Capita has been consistently first to market with card security measures. Our managed service is certified to PCI DSS level 1, our products are PA-DSS accredited and we are an active participant within the PCI Security Standards Council. The service is used by well over 200 organisations to process around £3 billion worth of card payments each year.
